MAGGIE HOGAN

Maggie Hogan

Maggie is currently accepting cases in the areas of criminal defense, civil litigation, business law, and family law, along with other general practice areas.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Maggie Hogan graduated from the Carroll School of Management with a degree in marketing in 2005. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2008 and worked at the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office for eight years, where she was the 2014 Rubin Society Award Recipient. Maggie has extensive criminal law trial and motion experience, having handled sexual assault and homicide cases, as well as OWIs, drug cases, and a wide variety of other criminal cases.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS:

Maggie is a former Oneida, Vilas, and Forest Bar Association President, and is currently Vice President of the Oneida County Humane Society.
